Oh what a month this has been

This has been a record month for me. After 8 years, I had a month without one call . Then the miracle, yesterday I got a call for last night. Called borrower to confirm....only one problem Borrower is in Cincinnati and I am in Florida where property is located. Oh well at least I know my cell phone is still working. Here's to September.

Had a pretty good week. Did about half a dozen yesterday,

referred 3 more and turned down a few more due to lack of time.

I had two yesterday but had to turn down 3 cause my Mom is in Hospital.
This was the softest month I've ever had.

I had 6 and unfortunately 400 miles. Lots of back and forth. Turned down 3 but probably could have done them if I was more local. Not a bad month for me at all.
