Just got notification from the bank that they bounced my check. Will call them Monday to see what bs they have to say. Wish me luck. This was for a signing I did in May. Took this long to get paid.

Do a search on Pacific doc Svcs,

Chances are you'll get the old " There was a problem with my wire transfer" or one of the other old excuses he uses to stretch you out for over 60 days. He'll pay the returned check fees, but you still have to wait for your money, making it closer to 75 days.

I am sending them a cert. letter first thing in the morning because Paul lies. It took over 2 months for him to pay me for the first loan mod. for $17.50. He keeps telling me that he sent the check or the check has been returned (bad address.) Now he owes me $35.00 for another loan mod. He told me 2 1/2 weeks ago that he sent the check and it got lost in the mail. I am not playing his b/s games no more. I wll also be contacting the AG's office as well. He needs shut down. He also can be charged for "theft of service" as well. Good luck with the rubber check you got. By the way, don't forget you can (by law) add your fees for the bad check and also for the cert. letter.
