Proficiency Signing aka pssigning
Just got their signign confirmation.
What??????? From the 1st page of this confirmation--- **Notary Please Read!** If the following instructions are not followed, you WILL NOT get paid for the closing!!!!
I'm goin to do a signing under this condition. I Think NOT>
2nd- >You are required to know and understand the documents. We understand that you can not legally explain them however; we can not have someone who is merely there to "witness" signatures. You must be able to go over the facts.< I know the docs, but this gets real close to ULPL to me.
I see a mixed reviews under the Orange Button.
Just do think I want to do busines under these conditions.

I have done several signings for this company and I have never had a confirmation that said that.

IMO, you should already be doing this and have no problem with it. Presenting the facts is not UPL. Not sure where you are coming from.

I don't work for FREE, any small errow can used to not pay me. I am a very capable SA, I make a factual statement about the docs but to me this just another out for the SS to use to NOT pay.

You might check them in Signing Central & then make your decision accordingly.

I have worked with him a lot and haven't seen that either, although I wouldn't have a problem with that as I do that anyway. One thing with them is that you must babysit your payment. In order for me to be paid on time I have had to email and call several times. I don't get much business from them either so I wouldn't go out of my way to work with them anymore. They are nice people, but a bit disorganized from my experience and they also pay a bit low as well.
