From their website "Seminole Signing Services, LLC serves Florida Statewide. We provide a full Notary and Loan Signing services to various Lenders, Title, Escrow companies, and the general public." So it appears to be listed correctly for only Florida notaries right now.

I basically don't use siging central but if I did, this system makes o sense. What if Seminole needed me in PA for a one time order ... for vacationing borrowers ... I couldn't check them out since they don't routinely 'service" PA.
