Anybody else in South Florida very slow? I had a busy first 3 weeks of August, but not a call since the 21st. Is it just Palm Beach County or the people I am working with?

Worst EOM ever. I spent the eom in the ER with a kidney stone Ugh. Missed out on several signings darn it.

One of the worst months all year....everyone seems to be affected. Only a couple of re-fi's (they are as scarce as hen's teeth) and mostly purchases. It has to get better.

I have been so busy that I am never bored, but tired, yes...

I have, from past experience, known that August is slow in the business world, no matter where one is. So, it is up to me to provide activity and not be slow.

That is exactly what I did. I think that being an only child prepared me to amuse myself in an adult world. In this, I am very successful.

All of my week for the month of August came at EOM. Just three signings. Already the month of September is shaping up better for me.

I ended up setting up a home office downstairs. I kept putting it off, but Aug gave me more time on my hands to do it. Now I just need some more biz to make use of it!
