Lee, good deal but it is an easy rebate which means you

have to pay $39.98, fill out rebate and wait for $19.99 check to come back to you. I think wal-mart still has letter paper for $2.00 a ream out the door. May not be HP quality paper but no filling out rebate forms and waiting on a check.
