TBW filing BK Chapter 7

Writing on the wall...employees also file a class action suit against TBW, we can see where this is going....rots of ruck on getting any satisfaction whatsoever on back pay, vacation, etc. or COBRA.

3 of our neighbors are directly impacted by TBW's problems as well as myself since there won't be any more closings offered by Citrus Land Title. CLT recently reopened after their own reorganization and had TBW as their main client. Not a good sign.

Sorry to hear that. We never fully grasp how far the "fallout" carries, do we? I know my phones have been very quiet. In the last month or so, many of the loans I closed were TBW. My favorite ss down in Clearwater has had mainly TBW loans for several months & now everything is silent.
