I'm wondering what's going to happen to all the monies borrowers had in their escrow accounts.
It appears that those funds weren't kept separate, and were included in the "assets". Will the fed have to bail-out those funds, or are they just gone? That would mean that the failure directly impacted all those borrowers. What a disaster.
