Me, too.
I loved working with them!
Reasonably sized packages, fair fees, brws were ALWAYS prepared, sometimes brokers were present for the signing appointment.
I haven't seen or heard any complaints (from brws) about this company!
So bummed to hear about this!

You're OK with a conventional loan.

It's the highly regulated FHA loans that are the issue here.

Call the TC.

There is no one to fund it at TBW, they left a huge trail of purchase and refi folks drowning in their wake.

Every couple months

Stewart Title would send out an alert to the title and escrow companies about TBW. It always said not to accept checks or ACH deposits from them, only wired funds as there were issues.

What a shame. There have been a lot of TBW pkgs. the last few months and, yes, a lot were FHA.
Their loan packages are great.
