Warren Buffett issues warming about our slow recovery

There's going to be an avalanche of foreclosures nationwide, but especially in CA...after Governor's moratorium expires on Wednesday August 26.

I have heard that and alot of real estate agents are saying the same thing.......So sad.......what has happened; with foreclosures and short sales no one that owns a home and needs to relocate can get a decent price for their home.........; My husband and I would like to down size but we can't because we do not want to sell our home for 100,000.00 than what it is worth....so we just may have to retire here.........

In Michigan most of our high-paying jobs are gone; and our real estate market has been hit like everyone else. If you are lucky enough to get a new job in another state- you will more than likely have to walk away from your home here b/c it will not sell for what you owe. I am happy to just keep paying my bills!!!!

Most of us, happily, are in the same boat...Titanic assimilation, ehh? At least we're in a boat! and not on the ship.
