Anyone ever heard of Cypress STF from PA?

I just got a call from Cypress STF in PA claims to be a title Co in PA. When I do a search here, nothing and on google it comes up as a scam to sell extented car warranties with a matching phone #. When I tried to call back all I get is a busy signal.

Very strange. Oh well no confirmation email so writing that one off
