Beware Received My Paper from Quill...but in

the usual fashion.The ends ripped off of every box. Now it seems they are moving to paper covers on their legal so now when I pull the tape off that UPS has applied it pretty much opens every ream.

Nice!!! They will get a call. At least the plastic covering stayed in tact..Sometimes

They will always replace any damaged paper, James.

You're right..They have in the past. Im just kind of surprised they switched to paper ream covers. Seems like they will have an increase in claims.

I think the shippers get bored at the warehouse and play football with boxes. They stand back and see how far they can toss packages into the trucks. The throw falls short and they move closer and try again, and then again until they can throw it in the truck. They probably keep score too. Some shipments I get look like they've been through war! I bet a big bear of a man working at the shipper's warehouse who's capable of picking up and throwing a case of paper - did just that.....probably got a lot of points from coworkers, too!!
