Dynamic Field Solutions
Received an email from Dynamic Field Solutions for a signing this morning. After checking on their performance for paying in signing central, I said to myself, who needs the headaches!!

Good for you!!
They do show a terrible pay reputation. If more of us turned down signings by those companies with such poor records, maybe they wouldn't stay in business and keep hurting our industry.

Sending out a e-mail, is less expensive than a phone call, especially if you don’t have a toll free number (they don’t) and a mass e-mail (spam) even more so. Maybe now they will be able to pay the unsuspecting Notary that answers? Or maybe not?

Never had a problem with payment from them. Also, not having a toll free number does not mean you are paying for long distance.

Not if you're in the same county. What it means is they can’t afford an extra $10 a month for the ability to have their contracted help call them without charge. That they can’t afford to pay a scheduler, or pay for the phone call, so they blanket e-mail. Do you REALLY want to work for someone that has this as a business plan? No operating capital, no phone, no address, just working on ‘other people’s money’ hoping to get paid, and then someday pay the notary if it’s convenient? I say go for it! Do 10, no do 100 jobs for them. I’ll be looking forward to reading your future posts

Folks! I'm not trying to bad mouth anyone here, all I did was mention the fact that I checked them out in Signing central and went with what I discovered on NSA feedback and went with the red flag. One would hope that what he /she reads in S/C is legitimate or else what would be the sense in posting an alert about a S/S.

Ahhh....therein lies the problem. My advice is to investigate and if you decide to accept a signing from a company with marginal remarks and you don't get paid in a timely manner you would be simply "asking for it" if you post that here.
I've done a few for them. I questioned their poor reputation on this site and was assured I would be paid in 45 days. So far the owner has kept his word.
Personally I don't get all hung up on when I'm paid as long as I'm paid within 90 days. If I ever get to a point in this business where a couple hundred bucks past due prevents me from paying my electric bill then I'm changing careers.
I can count the number of times I've been screwed over on one hand. And that's in 8 years.

I hate to burst the bubble here but.....I have found a lot of dishonestly in the SC Postings. for example, the ratings. Some SS will immediately have a positive posting in comments right after a negative one appears, check it out. This impacts their ratings directly. If people where only allowed to post ONE comment, this would help. I know of a SS that if you looked at their comments, the positive ones, you'll find they're from the same two - three people. Hmmm must be family!
