They are currently doing the same exact thing to me. They told me they did not receive my invoice, in which i sent them 3X's now. They also replied to my invoice but are still saying they did not receive it. They are very sneaky, I will not accept what they say and will haunt them until they paid. They can removed my from there list because if they dont pay me theyn they business does me no good andyway.

Hi Kenny ,, I don't want to raise a stink but dynamic field solutions does stink , you will have to send them your invoice again and stay on top of this matter to get it taking care of or they will forget about you , the way I did it was to keep sending them e-mail and bugging them about their way of handling the accounts dept,, of course the person you need to speak to is VICKY MARTIN in the accounts dept. she lacks the skills of doing her job the correct way and not very professional in handling it also. An accounts mgr. wouldn't lose our invoices or a company with a good reputation. Well that said it all in a nut shell good luck in recieving your money .
BEST WISHES ,, PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD TO ALL WHO NEEDS TO KNOW

Sorry to break it to you Bill....
" VICKY MARTIN in the accounts dept. she lacks the skills of doing her job the correct way and not very professional in handling it also"
She IS doing her job correctly. Her job is to lie and stall payments hoping the Notary gives up and never collects. Then these ripoffs get to keep all of the money. It seems to be working quite well for her as She's been commiting these same fraudulent acts for several years now, and keeps finding new Notaries to cheat, as evidenced by the regular complaints that pop up here and on several other forums.
Now, I know some people get paid, but IMO I believe it's because she's cheated just about eveyone in that particular area and has to have someone to handle the closings. Keep in mind if you are one of those that feel so blessed to actually get paid by these cheats, once she finds someone else to do the work in that area, you'll find yourself getting the run around treatment regarding your invoices, then the happy circle starts all over again.

Is it Dynamic Signings or Dynamic Field Solutions? Both have bad reputations, but be sure to link this to the correct company in the signing agent list.

This company was discussed recently (again) and to my astonishment several well-known notaries on this site said that they have no problem receiving payment from Dynamic. I was scratching my head at that. Seems those are the exception rather than the rule. I ALWAYS decline Dynamic's jobs when they contact me - in fact, I don't even bother answering their calls (thank you caller ID) and I ignore their e-mails.

Why are you working with them AT ALL ?
<<<I have had problems with this said company 2 times now ,, first time again trying to get paid ,, and here I am again trying to get paid...>>>
They have a LONG history of bad reviews so why would you even *consider* accepting one assignment from them, much less TWO? Do you not bother to check out their track record BEFORE accepting an assignment? The negative reviews are there for a reason - as a WARNING, to help others keep from working for free. Did you think you were an exception and YOU'D get paid?

A couple of times they sent me an application to do signings for them but I never filled it out and sent it in, knowing the reputation the company has. Looks like I have saved myself a lot of headaches.

I declined an offer from Dynamic Field Solutions (www.godfs.com) for the 31st. Although they know their reputation, I did a cut and paste of about 20 entries in NotRot, most of which were bad, and one of the bad ones was from me. Told them the hassle and considerable effort and time expended to PERHAPS get paid was just not worth it. I decided to end the year making money by working for honest, reliable SSs, not losing it by working for DFS.

I just received payment from them for two signings I did back in August. It took me multiple emails, phone calls and threats to sue them. I called the title company who provided me the cell phone number of one of the principals. He claimed the title company (LSI) hadnt paid them. I don't know whether that is true or not, but at least I've gotten paid. I don't see myself doing signing work for these folks in the future.
