Just wondering if everybody else is slow. Usually December is non stop, but not this year. I have been soooo slow. My phone is not even ringing.

I have been getting quite a few calls but mostly for low-ball offers and have turned them down. It is too cold here to start my car for anything less than $100 and even that is too low! The temp here right now is 0 and 15 below with windchill! Brrrr!

I have twin nieces going to college just south of the twin cities - and I think of them every time I hear about the weather. I don't know how you do it! I'm unhappy with anything under 50 degrees and if it gets under 40, I want to be inside or somewhere else!

Busiest week I have had in months!

3 signing yesterday, and today. So far 2 for tomorrow. Good paying companies too!

Im with ya Christine, its bloody coooold! This month started out ok, but then came to a halt. November and December are probably my worst months. I love doing closings, I just am not very fond of being outside in the winter or driving in snow storms. I tend to stay closer to home if I can so that limits my number of closings for the winter months.

It's been better than normal for me...but

I think much of whether we are extremely busy or very slow is based on so many parameters, i.e. location, affliations, who you know or don't know...etc.

I've been crazy busy in the greater Puget Sound area (Seattle and outlying areas). Much more than I expected, looking to be the best month of the year. Go figure. I wasn't expecting this at all.

It would be horribly slow except for one company providing a avg of 2 a day. If not for them, this month would be dead. I hope it is just because of Christmas but I don't think so because that has not been the history of Dec for us.
