They are great. I use them - even had a problem with a toner that I had had for about six months. Told them about it and they sent me a label to send it back and sent me a new one - have only had that problem one time. I highly recommend them. JMO

Great news! I love these folks.

The toner that I always purchase tend to have a longer life expectancy than others I've tried. I "inked out" 7200 pages with the last cartridge.
