Has anyone worked with the company. Pulled search but only 1 recent comment. It is out of Boca Raton, Susan or Tammy???

At times they pay a little slow, but they pay even if the loan gets cancelled after signing.

Tammy Mazak is a decent and honorable person. I haven't had any from her in a while, but I'd take any I can get. She has always paid..sometimes within 15 days, sometimes up to 45 days, but usually right about 30 days. She also does signings, so she knows and understands the issues that come up. She pays the full amount for no-signs.
