Myrtle Beach/Charleston SC weather?

Any updates on your areas? Yes I have checked the Weather Chanel but was wondering what the natives are saying for driving conditions. Gonna be headed there end of next week and thru 1st week of Jan. IF we can get out of Va. So far snow totals stand at 24 1/2 in. with projected snow to continue thru the night. I have to admit the snow is beautiful and I am enjoying it!
