Notarize-Advance Directives

Does anyone know where I can get information on California laws on notarizing Advance Directives--Medical & Financial Directives?

I'd appreciate any link or resource you could provide.

Again, we notarize signatures, not forms. They are no different than other notarizations.

My exact thoughts.

Do you know how to fill out a notarial block? Then you are set. Do you know how to ID someone? Again, you are set.

What is it that you need to know?

Like rengel notes before, we notarize signatures not documents. And aside from that any question that you have regarding notarial acts is covered in the notary handbook readily available at the Secretary of States website.
