Quicken Help

I've looked in the book and everywhere and can't figure this out - hope someone here has some words of wisdom since I'm too cheap to pay Quicken $24.95 online to help..

Creating an invoice in Quicken - my "Amount" Column for the amount I'm charging will not save the amount - I hit enter and it reverts to "0"...

Help?...TIA

I am not sure it is a Quicken. It may just be a gremlin that want to come out an play. You could restart your computer and see if that fixs the problem. I love Quickens. I couldn't run my business with out it. Hope that helps

Depending on the Version...

...there should be a selection under "preferences" which allows you to control how the "enter" key works in Quicken. It can either work as a "tab" to the next field or as an "enter" key in certain forms.

Thanks Dennis....this drives me nuts

It resets itself for no apparent reason...I'll do invoices for weeks with no problems then all of a sudden nope...won't work...happened once before and just "poof" fixed itself..
