I have completed a couple of closings for them. They are slow payers. You have to deal with Rob and call him and ask him when you check will be mailed. Usually 30 days to pay. Hope this helps you.

I was lucky to paid at 60 days. He kept giving me runaround promising to pay me, I finally sent a collection letter, and he finally paid me. I've done one more job for them since then....and will not accept another until they pay me for it. I actually hadn't planned to take ANY from them but I didn't know it was them calling. My bad.
Hopefully, you'll get paid without much effort.
Julie

They take months to pay but they do pay! Usasally they are cash purchases. I have talked to them about their slow payment and they told me they have been doing it this way for years!!

Did one & will not do another...easy assignment (Cash Sale), but difficult getting paid. Not worth the hassle of chasing down payment. Finally got paid after sending collection letter threatening small claims action.
