Has anyone done work for this company out of CA?

Yes, all the time. Pay is about 60 days. Lately lots of easy Wells Fargo packages, pay is on the low side, but consistent here.

Had a very bad experience with these guys. I won't work for them again. I went to closing at Wells Fargo office and after 45 minutes the borrowers would not complete the signing but took their copy of the closing docs with them. I never got paid for this although I was promised I would. I have sent many invoices, made many calls, and finally got my attorney to write a letter. Still no pay. I made the call from the closing table to find out how to proceed with these borrowers with the Wells Fargo representatives (2 of them) sitting right there.

A complete waste of my time and resources.

Wow! You never let them take the closings docs with them if the loan didn't go through. It's not theirs to keep, and if it ever turns up somewhere, or they get it notarized somewhere else, they will say the notary gave it to them. That's your responsibility...ouch.

Never worked for them, and don't sound like I will based on how they pay. Good luck.

The reason they took the docs is because I was sitting with two representatives from Wells Fargo IN THEIR OFFICE as requested by Signing Pro. After speaking with Signing Pro at the table they asked that I allow the borrowers to take the documents. So, what would you have done? At this point I was hoping to go back and finish the signing. That did not happen either. I saw the borrowers walk out of the office.

I won't work with them anymore. I always was having to hound them for payment, which usually was around 60 days after all the following up. They were always giving me excuses and I just had enough of it.

I tried to do just that when I returned from this incomplete signing. I was unable to access the website even after I called and asked for help. I still stand by my decision that I WILL NEVER work for these people again.

Never had a problem getting paid from Signing Pro.

Shortly after I complete the signing I get an email stating the date the check has been processed. Usually 30 to 60 days.

Re: Never had a problem getting paid from Signing Pro.

I just got the same email for closings I did for them in November. They emailed me my "pay stub" for them. That was pretty cool that they did that. I had no problems with them before though.
