Signing work
Can anyone lead me to companies that are using signing agents now? I've not had one call.

I got into business just before the crash so I have not had the benefit of experience. Basically, I need some tips on marketing I guess.

Since you are in MD you also need to hold a title producer's license in order to conduct loan closings. If you have that, then just advertise on this and other notary websites. There is a tab on the top of this page called Signing Central where you can investigate companies and sign up with the ones that have good reputations.
