South Coast Title, Floral City, Fl.

Also located in Costa Mesa, Ca. and Meredian Mortgage apparently owns this company. Joan Farino works out of her home in Floral City, Fl. and calls herself South Coast Title and is apparently in cahoots with the above and who produced the hud and emailed the docs to me on November 11 and the docs went back to her has not paid all I get is the run around. She did put me on the HUD so I will be filing a complaint with Maryland, Florida and California. Everyone beware.

what I do is, go to the loan package and get the numbers from there to call the mortgage company's supervisor and let them know, after that I look up the license for the title company's owner through the internet and call them too. They really can not do anything but make a call because they are the underwriters of said policy but most times they will call and get on them.
Like you said, you are on the HUD, which is good for you. An internet search for the license is easy to find.

It's January and I've never been paid. Apparently Meredian Financial in Costa Mesa and this South Coast Title are one of the same. My borrower has never received all funds from the HUD. I've filed complaints in all states, Florida, Maryland and California. I don't recommend working for these companies you won't be paid.

Did you ever get paid from this company? I am also waiting payment for a loan closed in early December and am listed on the HUD. No response to email, fax or phone messages.....ugh

Oh Crap, I hate when this happens. Joan has been giving me the run around for 3 closings I completed for her. She said she would contact accounting personally and see that I got paid on the closings. That was almost two weeks ago. Will keep you posted on updates.
