I am having problem downloading the docs from their website I turned off my pop up blocker and still having problems any information would be appreciate it

Did you try to save to your desktip? That sometimes works. And renaming the file at the same time - TRG Jones for example

And if Julie's suggestion doesn't work, try saving to desktOp....hehe..
