I returned the assignment. I was not comfortable with what they called a modification. They requested two checks for $2800 each and the documents were a modification application not a loan modification.
Any comments other than those of the search button last September

No Loan Mod Applications for me either. I don't have time to research 'em all to sort the good from the--uh--questionable.

I have done a lot refis for them and they have paid in 30 every time.

They're A-okay in my book, too.... but as the others have said, I've never been asked to do a mod. I've only done purchases through them.

Never an issue with UDX, good co., but I told them I do not

do those kinds of "loan mods". Refi's no problem always paid.

Great company to work for and always pay once a month. The staff are personable and friendly. Never had one issue.
