Urban Settlement Services, LTD

Does anyone have any up to date information on this company? Last forum gave a negative review. It seems they are working under a new name. It used to be Real Estate One the address in difference but the state is the same. Any feedback would be appreciated.

If you are referring to Uban Settlement Services, LLC out of Pittsburgh, I am still waiting to be paid for a closing I did for them in October. Would not work for them again.

Did closing 12/10/09. Emailed them today 1/15/10 to find out where my check is and I am told they do not pay until 30th the following month!!! This is ridiculous they are a title company
