Cut your losses and move on unless they owe you a significant amount of money. Took them almost a year to pay me for one signing (Signing was 12/2008 and paid 09/2009). And still they stiffed me on it because I had to go back a few days after the first one because the lender messed up the numbers and was not available on the Saturday of the original signing to address the borrower's concerns. Sorry to disappoint you but they really are not together at all.
