Super slow but expected w/the holidays.
Good news anyway that Feds decided to keep rates down. It can't hold forever though ;-(

No, I have been really busy for weeks. Found a couple of National title companies to do closings for, and believe it or not, they pay on time. LOL

Slow here too but I had to turn down one that called me on Christmas Eve around 4 pm for an edoc closing an hour away from me. Sorry, no can do. Should have called earlier.
Maybe January will pick up.

Hope CT housing news is wrong ...
Slow, but always is for me during the winter holidays.
I hope the latest Connecticut housing news is a little off: Predictions are 2010 will be one of the worst years for housing in CT. Greenwich and Stamford area supposed to be hardest hit. Fixed interest rates will hit 6%, which is still less than the old steady (now called "slow" days of 7-8%.
