I work for them once in a while and ususally get paid within 45 to 60 days. It is slow but I've always gotten paid. I usually call Frank around the 45 days mark and then my check is sent within days.

They always pay--just very slowly (contradiction to their name, of course).
Payment is usually 60-90 days.

I am in NJ and stopped doing their closings years ago. It always took numerous phone calls and then the threat of coming to their office to get paid. No matter how slow business is when Speedy calls - sorry I'm booked already.

Did a couple jobs for them. Took about 45 days from invoice and one reminder email but Frank was friendly about it. Payment did arrive though.
