wi seller selling florida condo........

i called title co and asked them to contact the seller and make sure they have wittnesses at the closing....title said "don't worry about the wittnesses, we will take care of that down here"........whoops...............

This kind of stuff happens more than you would think. I've had things presented to me to sign for doctor's visit, etc., that already have a witnesses signature on it. But oh well, no one will lose their "witnessing license".
