Click on the Library Tab, there is one there.

Forgive me if it has been discussed but why hasn't Not Rot put a new rescission calendar out? I have printed the one that was listed a while ago and yes, I can count but I love the one that Not Rot has had in the past.

Thank you, I saw the 2008 one in Signing Central and did not look in the library.

I truly would like someone to tell me
how and why anyone thinks this is a viable tool. I've asked before and no one has ever answered me. How many times do you actually use this? From reading these boards, I do A LOT more closings than the majority and I'm betting I fill out a RTC one or two times a year and then, it's got one of those cheat sheets in the package.
I honestly feel that calculating a RTC date without specific instructions from your cilent is UPL ... and I do not have UPL paranoia as I feel so many on these boards do.
Just this week here is what I have run into that runs contrary to 'signing agent' expertise passed around these boards. Monday I did an owner occupied with no RTC. Yesterday I did loans with rescission dates of 2/21 and 2/23. I know exactly what happened with these loans ... and why ... but how someone can think they can willy nilly decide RTC dates because they're a 'certified signing agent' and can pull a generic RTC calendar from the internet escapes me.
