Very unprofessional. ALO Closing Services called me for a closing back in February, I spoke with an Allison. It was a month-end Friday and they kept me waiting all night for docs that never came. No docs, no courtesy call or email saying the closing wasn't going to happen. The next day I called and spoke to Allison and she acted as if I was wrong in expecting a courtesy call. She wound up hanging up on me in mid-sentence. Extremely unprofessional behavior.

My record speaks for itself. I have flawlessly conducted 1000's of loan closings. I literally have hundreds of Attorney's, Lenders, Title Companies and Signing Services in my Rolodex. I even have several celebrities that use me regularly for their affairs.

Never before have I dealt with a service as unprofessional as ALO Closing Services. I do not recommend closing for them.

I hope this helps anyone thinking of performing for this Signing Service.
