Closing Masters

I just started doing business with Closing Masters and they are very good to work with and quick with payment and pay a fair price.

And they are the same group that handles LendAmerica with 200 pages of docs (x2 = 400 pages), wants you to drive 60+ miles (each way) and offers $100. LOL No thank you!

no Sandra

they are willing to pay $125 for that order (smiley face here) without mentioning the 200 pages until they send them. Then, suddenly, "I" put them in a bad position by refusing the order. Of course, they are a siging service and "don't know" what the package entails ... but the next sentence out of his mouth was about the volume they receive ... hence the low fees.

I'm guessing these recent glowing posts since this past week were because they read these boards and while I posted about their failure to adequately describe the job, I didn't mention their name. Nor would I have except they apparently have brought out their cheering squad.

Re: no Sandra

Same thing here. Huge pkg 502 total. I emailed and stated my fee for this closing. They called me and begged me to do it. I got my fee raised (not exactly what I wanted, but it worked). This was a 1 time thing. Won't take anymore with those huge pkgs without getting my total fee. I'm a couple days away from 30 days out, so hopefully they come through in a few.

Re: no Sandra

no Sue - that was the exact offer $100. even at $125. I wouldn't have done it plus it was for a Sat. signing to boot. Someone took it and more power to them....... Now before any of you jump on me, YES I would charge extra for a Sat. signing if the company is not one of my regular clients..........and YES companies are willing to pay.
