Do not do business with ULTIMATE SIGNING SERVICES
I did a loan application for them in Nov 10, 2008 and I'm still waiting to be paid. I've emailed and called Ultimate and Karen Jaramillo, with Financial Heritage, with no response. They ask too much from notaries and they are the ones that are very unprofessional.
