You need to determine how much your time is worth. You need to factor in costs...like how much does it cost you to print 200 pages (toner and paper) Cost of new equipment laser printer and so on. Cost of using your vehicle; not just gas. You need to do a search on here as to how many other notaries that are in your direct area- that will be your competition.

Basically, to start out now in this busines you will be very lucky to get any orders and find new clients. You will be lucky to get signigns that will pay you $75-$100...now mind you..if you take one for $75.00 your expenses will probably out-weigh your profit. But you have to start somewhere. Good luck!
