The above a/k/a Unified Title and Settlement (T/C) owe me money from a 7/14/08 signing. This business is now closed however I was hoping to track them down somehow to get payment. I have faced reality.......I will probably not get paid......but if I can find out anything I will still attempt it. Does anyone have any info??
Owner of the Title Company is David Kiratar...............Jay Delmotte was the scheduler that contacted me thru the signing service that I believe was in house for this TCo.
Not sure where to go in this instance.........they just dropped off the face of the earth.

have you tried looking the corp up?
Check with the SOS in Michigan and get the corporation info on the LLC, send letters, etc., if you're bored and real hopeful...otherwise, I would take it as a loss...
