Normally when I get a Wells Fargo, there's a link contained in the document delivery notification for downloading the required print utility. Think I've also used Swiftview with Wells Fargo...

Had a problem printing Wells Fargo docs last week. The print utility was Elynx-Swiftview I could view the docs however when I printed them they were jumbled. I called Elynx they knew immeidiatly what the problem was I am using a HP 2015 and the tech said it does not reconize their laguage easy fix though. Had to change from direct print to windows print and docs will print fine.

How Interesting

I just did a Wells Fargo the other day and the docs were sent .pdf. Must depend on the title company.

If you get the docs from title, yes in my experience they come in pdf...however, if you need to download docs directly from Wells Fargo's website, that requires elynx (Swiftview) to print...IME

Yes, It was elynx.

The scheduler didn't know which print utility was used and he made the comment that a lot of people have problems, so I came searching on here. I had to download from the Wells Fargo site. No problems, whatsoever. Thanks for the responses.
