Progressive Closing & Escrow in Valley Stream N.Y.

Anyone with recent experience with them? The most recent I found in search were from 2007, and mostly negative.

I "finished" with them several years ago. They told me it was a simple refi - remember they are the title company, they know EXACTLY what is involved in the transaction. Paperwork showed up on my porch and it was a: starker exchange, construction loan, purchase with buyers, sellers, the contractor, two realtors and a lawyer going to be in the room. I immediately called and said I needed a higher fee. They said my job was exactly the same whether a refi or all this additional responsibility. I told them to have a "signing agent/notary" pick up the paperwork and good luck with them even being able to connect the parties, let alone being able to figure out who signs what. They agreed to my higher fee but we moved on.

Towards the end, they were VERY slow to pay.

Thanks everyone. I had called back and declined the signing based on the search results. I appreciate your responses. Patricia

Dynamic Field Solutions

I have been working for Dynamic since December 2008 and have recieved FULL payment from them for the 25+ signings I've done for them. They even sent me a bonus check after a certain number of signings!
Their policy is that notaries get paid 30-45 days from the loan funding which is CLEARLY stated on their confirmation sheets. You can also sign up to get paid instantly through their instant pay program (contact them for details). I am always able to reach someone when I call their office and have recieved prompt emails and responses from them whenever I have a question.
They've sent me more business than anyone else lately - so if you need or want the work I would definately give them a try if they call you for a signing!!
