I just wanted to let everyone know that I took a closing for REO on 2/5/09 and received my payment on 2/26. They didn't squabble about the fee either and it went very smooth. They've had some bad feedback in the past and I addressed this with them and was told it was accountant issues. So I took a chance and am glad I did.
