Signing Companies Sending Mass Emails Without Doing Blind CC

Maybe I am just being picky, but I just find it upsetting when a notary company sends out a mass email with 300 other notary names and email address listed. All cc's should be blind.
When a notary "replies to all" as well, we all get their respond email!
I think it is unprofessional and I find it an invasion as well.
All email systems have the blind cc option...all companies should use it! Ugh.
Just one of those things that drives me nuts..:-)

I got it too, I emailed them to let them know ~ their other emails have used bcc so I'm guessing they have a new clerk or someone that obviously isn't aware of the bcc feature.

Yes, I think I know which one you're referring to. The whole thing was a bit strange, since they also didn't seem to know what they were talking about.

it reminded me that i needed to fax in my "invoice" to them for the signing I did on Jan. 8th. Their policy is that you fax in the invoice for monthly signings on the 1st of the next month that you signed in. Then they pay in 30 days. ugh! looks like about a net 60 for that signing.
