SoCal Signing Co. lowball fee

Offered $65.00 signing fee with docs at TC for 5:30 today. Seems surprised when I quoted a fee of $XXX.00. Don't accept these lowball fees.

...not surprised a bit.

You know, I've always thought that whatever the business offered is their business...whatever the taker takes is their business, too.

However, my issues lie with the low-paying SSs who post on here trying to (so to speak) whiz on our boots and tell us "It's raining!" then get pouty and angry if everyone won't pretend it is true.

If I had an SS I would offer what I offered and if people didn't like it I'd work around them. It gets old hearing them whine because NR readers won't play in their reindeer games of smoke and mirrors.
