It seems like almost every loan I'm doing, TBW is the lender! Anyone else experiencing that?

No, but there have been blocks of time where it seemed like I was doing docs for one particular lender over and over again. TBW is one of them, but it has been awhile.
IME, it usually means that the lender had a marketing blitz in a particular area.
