Uhm... you download them with an internet connection, preferably a high-speed one.
How you open them or read them depends on the format or document program used by the lender or title company. Sometimes you'll get them in PDF format, which mean you need to have a PDF reader. Then there are other formats and PCL viewers that are needed for documents created for DocMagic, DynamicDox, SwiftView, VMP, etc.
And oddly enough... sometimes you might get stuff in Microsoft Word... which is really stupid but that's for another rant another day.

Your computer should be opening with adobe. Sometimes my computer asks me cause it can't identify the doc downloading. Do you have adobe??And at least 8.1?

Is it from Bank of America? There is a special program that you have to download and install on your computer in order to open that file.
Good luck.

.bxx are documents done in Blaxxun and are probably from Bank of America.
You have to run the BAINSTALL document viewer before you can open it.
You can get it from here... along with many other viewers:

bxx is BofA docs, so you need BAinstall - is there a link to the download in the e-mail? If not, go to PAW's website and click on "downloads" and there should be a link there: www.pawnotary.com
The last time I tried to d/l BofA docs it wouldn't work - I wonder if there's a new update?

Well, it's not just "adobe" -- it's Acrobat Reader.
Which is entirely different than Acrobat itself.

Hi Abraham - I *think* what you need is BAINSTALL.
Here's one link to try: http://www.tampabayclosings.com/Viewers/BAINSTALL.EXE

Re: Msg #156668
Yeah. BofA actually has the latest version available for download on their website:
You need the username and password, though, to download it. It's no secret though:
U: docsuser P: redhat00
(Found this in Msg #127753, and it still works)
There are also instructions (and a different Username and Password) here... from Central Signing:
