fed ex paper

I just opened my order from Fed Ex (first one) and was very disappointed. Three of the letter reams were busted open and the paper is wrinkled and creased on corners. The box of legal of 10 reams are all busted. It looks like the took what they can't sell and threw it in a box. Anyone else have a bad experience with them? I will be calling them tomorrow.

I have had some boxes of paper from Fed Ex in bad shape, but, the paper itself was OK. Considering Fed Ex is a shipper, you would think that they could do a better job. I think of Fed Ex as more of a shipper of envelopes and UPS more of a shipper of packages.

The first time I ordered from them was in Dec. Same thing happened to me! The box was damaged, the outer wrapper of the reams were ripped open and tattered. The paper was actually fine! Very quick delivery!

Box damaged, paper wrapping sometimes coming apart, but the paper is always fine. No big deal.
