I never have problem getting paid. Just send an invoice at the end of the month for all the singing you had in that month, you will get paid 30 days after that. I know, I know, it is 60 days but I can afford to wait.

I haven't done a lot of work for them, but they do pay on their terms. It has already been posted that you have to send one monthly invoice, and they pay @ 30 days. There are a couple of companies that work this way, and it's your choice to work with them on it or not.

I do quite a bit of work for them and have always gotten paid. It takes a little time (anywhere from 30 to 60 days) depending on when you do the signing.

No problems - took a chance, paid as they said they would in written confirmation (30 days).

Current 10-31-09
Well if they are really late and I consider 60 days late when they have already been paid. I draft a letter to the Attorney General, as well as file a complaint with the BBB, these both seem to be taken seriously these days, since the collapse of the mortgage industry. There is no excuse for not being paid, when the service has been paid. It's cut and dry, the ss can't manage their business. NO MORE EXCUSES. And once paid, place them in your DO NOT PROVIDE SERVICE TO LIST.

Re: Current 10-31-09 Additional update
I really have a problem when the very people that hire you, expect a call from you once you have confirmed with borrowers, a call when signing is completed, a call every time you turn around. YET when it's time for you to be paid @30 days, they can't answer their phone or respond to emails. I not only find this unprofessional and a poor business practice. It's disrespectful, you can have all the companies that do business this way. No Thanks
