AmPro National

YET another deadbeat company. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. THEY JUST BOUNCED A CHECK ON ME. AND STILL OWE FOR ANOTHER CLOSING. And of course no one is answering they phones.
I'm sick of all this we work hard trying to get these mortgages closing and then we get stuck with no pay or worse a check that's not worth the paper it's printed on.

If any one knows how I can process with this Pleas reply

They owe me for a closing from November, 2008. I have called and emailed with no luck. Supposedly, last week when I talked to them, they said the check was in the mail. Yeah, right. I have contacted them again today and mentioned these posts to them. I also have contacted the title company out of Texas. I am hoping that title will be able to help or shed some light on the issue. Happy New Year to me.

Unfortunately due to circumstances out of our control we did have some checks returned by our bank unpaid. We have been working for the past 4 days to contact any notary that had a check returned and you will be reimbursed any fees that your bank charged you.

We are not a no pay, dead beat company and are financially stable. I sincerely regret any inconvenience it has caused anyone. Should anyone have any concerns our contact info is in signing central and I will be sure to address them.

All accounts payables are up to date as of today.

Sincerely,

Jevon Cecil

I would like to back that up. We have worked for AmPro for some time. They have always paid a fair rate and within 30 days. We will take an assignment from them anytime!!!

I have been doing closings for Ampro for over a year and never had a problem getting paid. I just took another one from them today and spoke to Jevin regarding the post and I am confident that I will be paid.

Received A call from AmPro with a promise to clear this up. But it's unfortunate that I had to post on here before anyone bothered to contact me. Makes you wonder !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have worked with Phil and Jevon for at least four years if not more. I started working for them when their company was FNP Documents. The only payment 'issue' I have ever had with them is a payment that didn't arrive w/i their 30-45 day window. That payment was received in 53 days and was no cause for concern with me.

I know it's tough right now, but personally, "I" would put my trust in Phil and Jevon and feel good about doing so. I know the phones tend to go to voice mail, but I have never had a problem getting a response via email from Phil or Jevon. The two have always been fair, supported me as an SA and have been responsive. I did two RM closings for them just last October and I was paid w/i 45 days as agreed, with no problems.

Of course, I took a deal from Archer two weeks before they declared the big BK. AmPro is one of the very few signing services that I will work with.
