You are not giving enough information
but I would venture to say that since you signed up here, you will receive many offers for many different things. Looking at your profile, I would say you are fine just as you are. You are already familiar with mortgage docs and the related package, you state you are already a notary, so what would they possibly have to offer you?
There are always those who will do their best to separate others from their money...sometimes we refer to them as scams; overzealous marketing is another term we may apply.
Use your own judgment. There are no certifications necessary to do this job - the only people who it will make a difference to are those who haven't a clue.

I would offer you another piece of advice: get an email account with a professional sounding name, keeping your business address away from your every day acct. JMO

To piggy back onto what Julie has stated, if you're going to use a picture, I would use one that's complimentary to you. Presentation is everything. Good luck to you.

Agree with John
First impression can determine whether they go to the next agent. I feel that if one is going to post a picture in their profile, it needs to reflect a business posture not a playful posture. Represent yourself as ready for business.

Re: Agree with John
You might keep in mind that your profile here or on other sites is "advertising". It will have an impact on the kind of business you attract. This is a different approach than if you were signing up for "My Space" or something.
