Yes, I worked for David. He was a man of his word. It was a late deal on a Friday night. Anyway, the title company had gone home and he didn't have the Fed EX number. I thought long and hard and paid for the shipping myself. He reimbursed me exactly as he said he would. The check came almost to the day that he promised. I would work for him again.

The timing of your post is perfect because at this moment I am in the middle of a situation that appears to be the same as you had, NVnotary. I still have the signed douments from 6 days ago.
The closing went well, I faxed the signed HUD as requested and waited for the shipping info. Nothing. Numerous emails and ignored phone messages and still nothing. After several days David Isman finally responded with an email requesting an invoice. I immediately faxed it. Still nothing about the shipping of these docs. I thought about shipping the docs myself, too. But as the NSA we shouldn't be put in this situation. Is this his common mode of business?
So, now I come down to exactly what I logged on for today. What should I do with these docs? What is my professional responsibility here? What is his? Should I call Justice Title directly and let them know of the situation?
