Don't Sign for this company

Whatever you do don't sign for Broker's Settlement. They DO NOT send you all the docs, They mark "FINAL" all over the emails, They send second docs late. They promise to pay for a return trip then they don't pay up. EVERYONE at this company lies like a rug. Save yourself headaches, time and money...REFUSE THEM and SHUT THE DOWN.

I've worked for Broker's Settlement in Pittsburgh many, many, many times over the past ten years---Lately, not too much, since they cut their fees...but, when they call and meet my fee, I work for them...They never paid for no signs or non-funding...and I was okay with that...It happened seldom...
They usually paid twice a month...Things are not always organized, but if you are paid an acceptable fee, you communicate...I have always had a good relationship with them....and will continue to work for them when we match. With the smaller title companies, I verify I have the critical docs in a package....and we go from there....If you find a company is disorganized...adjust your fee accordingly

I've worked for Brokers Settlement over the years and only once did I have a problem getting paid. So what else is new? They call me very little but will work for them with no concerns.

I did a job for Brokers Settlement Services in Feb 2009 - no issues and paid in two weeks. I'd work for them again.
